Royal benefit problem - selective payments

The program status of Royal Benefit was changed to Problem because of the fact of "selective payments". Of course we notified the admin regarding this situation and gave him our advice - "how to solve the problem". Unfortunately the admin decided to ignore our request to help their members. Moreover he decided to stop their cooperation with our site. In other words, he removed our banner from their pages.
