e-gold ecurrency provider is near to unblocking users’ accounts? Really?

 The now shut-down online payment system e-gold reported on its blog that it is working with the various US Federal and State government authorities, including the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, the state where e-gold’s Operator is located, so as to allow some account holders to access their funds that were blocked under the previous agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice.

ACLU asks a U.S. judge to let lawyers see DOJ's defense of the NSL subpoena

The American Civil Liberties Union said Wednesday the U.S. Department of Justice filed a classified justification of its gag order on the unnamed ISP. Defending against a lawsuit by the ACLU, the DOJ told the court that neither the ACLU nor the ISP could see the secret reasons for the gag order.
