LG demonstrates largest super-thin OLED screen

World largest electronics company LG has demonstrated the world’s largest OLED TV at this year’s ongoing IFA event in Berlin. While having a size of 15 inches the screen is the largest super-thin screen with Sony having offered its 11 inch XEL-1 last year.

Sony’s OLED display is just 3mm thick and, although LG hasn’t yet formally announced how thick its OLED display is, brief gaze at the screen suggests that the two are of equal thickness.
