mFoundry provides banks with new mobile remote deposit capture solution

A provider of mobile banking solutions across the US mFoundry has launched a new standalone mobile remote deposit capture solution dubbed mDeposit Express to help banks and credit unions provide customers with an immediate mobile deposit solution, regardless of their current mobile banking platform.

mFoundry says in the official statement that mDeposit Express can be converted on-the-fly-into a complete, multi-mode mobile banking solution with a direct host system or home banking integration without any disruption to the mobile deposit service.

Fiserv: m-deposit capture found beneficial by 70% of financial institutions

Fiserv, Inc., a provider of information technology services to the financial industry, announced the results of a study conducted by the company to measure the interest among banks and credit unions for mobile deposit capture as well as to learn their views on potential customer acceptance. Approximately 318 customers from 294 banks and credit unions participated in the study. Of these about 90% were experienced executives with titles of vice president or higher.
