The move comes in light of recent security breaches and announced plans by other companies in the industry to address E2E data security solutions.

Brinkman Financial Company, a provider of online payment and credit card services technology, this week has announced the launch of a new subsidiary, NextPay, LLC, as a merchant credit card processing solutions provider to the retail, ecommerce and mail order industries. The company appointed Lynn Varnell, a financial services veteran, to lead the new company.

PCI Security Standards Council and Visa report that more merchants are validating their compliance to the PCI DSS. The set of rules provides merchants, banks and third-party processors with guidelines for the safe handling of customers' credit card information. PCI Council thinks that the failure to comply with the standards may lead to data breach and as a result to losses.
