WorldPay acquires UK alternative payments provider Envoy

Global payments provider WorldPay plans to acquire Envoy Services Limited, a provider of alternative payment solutions to ecommerce merchants across the globe. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Envoy is a UK FSA-regulated global payments service founded in 2005. The service offers single point access to popular local payment and collection services worldwide.

Sino Payments gets a Purchase Order to process payments for PARK n SHOP

Sino Payments Inc announced that it will provide electronic funds processing integration services to PARK n SHOP for stores in China under a new service agreement from venture partner TAP Group through Company’s subsidiary TAP e-Payment Services (HK) Ltd., (TEP).

Earlier this week Sino has concluded an agreement for the health and beauty division Watsons stores in Hong Kong and China.

Revenues from this and the other several Purchase Orders received for the Sino Payments subsidiary, TEP, will be paid and recorded as of this month, March 2011.
