Global payments provider WorldPay plans to acquire Envoy Services Limited, a provider of alternative payment solutions to ecommerce merchants across the globe. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Envoy is a UK FSA-regulated global payments service founded in 2005. The service offers single point access to popular local payment and collection services worldwide.

Sino Payments Inc announced that it will provide electronic funds processing integration services to PARK n SHOP for stores in China under a new service agreement from venture partner TAP Group through Company’s subsidiary TAP e-Payment Services (HK) Ltd., (TEP).

Earlier this week Sino has concluded an agreement for the health and beauty division Watsons stores in Hong Kong and China.

Revenues from this and the other several Purchase Orders received for the Sino Payments subsidiary, TEP, will be paid and recorded as of this month, March 2011.

Global payment solutions provider hyperWALLET announced that it had expanded its network into the Russian Federation, thus increasing its coverage to 45 countries worldwide.  Moneris Solutions, a largest payment processor in North America, has entered into a partnership with the nation’s leading online textbook rental company Chegg.com that allows students to rent textbooks through its website rather than buying them.

Under their partnership Moneris will process credit and debit card payments for Chegg.com. Moneris will process all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and debit card payments for textbook rentals made through Chegg.com, as well as payments made with Chegg.com’s own pre-paid Visa card.

 Sino Payments announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement for credit and debit card ecommerce processing in Asia with eNETS. As a part of their deal Sino Payments will utilize eNETS to process ecommerce transactions from its customers in Asia in multiple currencies, including US dollar.
