As it has become known, Bling Nation has signed pretty major deal with PayPal. So, from now Bling Nation’s payment systems will let consumers use their payment chips to withdraw funds from a PayPal account.

This is a big win for startup’s system, which originally had ambitions of solely focusing on hyperlocal banks in small communities.

Hypercom Corporation announced that its Artema Modular EMV payment terminal was selected by Gasodata for installation at fuel retailers throughout Portugal. 

The rollout and installation of over 700 Artema Modular kits integrated with Dresser Wayne pay-at-the-pump systems has begun already. The company’s PCI-certified payment terminal will be used for chip and magnetic stripe cards, supporting debit, credit and other private label card schemes. Moreover, the terminal is equipped with an IP module used to transmit data.
