Hackers attack Australian government protesting against online porn filter

Australian government websites were disabled on Wednesday by a group of computer hackers who tried to express their protect against a planned Internet filter on porn production.

According to the reports confirmed by the Attorney General’s Department Australia’s parliamentary website was down for about an hour. The attack also hit the website of the Communications Department, which is pushing a compulsory internet filter for pornography and offensive content.
