Misys announced the new release of its Confirmation Matching Service (CMS) which includes inter-bank matching for Exotic FX Options - extending the existing support for buy-side counterparties which went live earlier this year and is now used by more than a dozen banks and fund managers.

As it became known, Misys trade finance solution, has been chosen by the National Bank of Oman (NBO). 

NBO selected the global application software and services company in a move to expand its business coverage, meeting customer demands and support its growing trade volumes.

The fall-out from the banking crisis is still hobbling growth at financial services and healthcare software provider Misys but the company is encouraged by growth in its order intake.
Revenue in the six months to the end of November rose 29% to Ј361m from Ј280m a year earlier, but was down 1% on a pro-forma constant currency basis. Pro-forma adjustments assume Allscripts healthcare operations were combined on 1 June 2008.

Monday, Misys the global provider of integrated and comprehensive solutions to organizations in the financial services and healthcare industries, announced the launch of Misys Personal Finance Portal, its new solution for personal Internet banking. 

It was announced today that ClairMail, a mobile banking and payment solutions company situated in Novato, California, concluded a strategic partnership with Misys, an application  software and services company situated in London. This arrangement will allow ClairMail to extend its mobile banking service offering across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
