Discussing his film "The War You Don't See," the veteran Australian reporter told Reuters the Internet, and more specifically WikiLeaks, would bring about a "revolution" in journalism which too often failed to do its job properly. |

In his speech delivered during town hall meeting in Shanghai on Monday the US President Barack Obama encouraged China to abate the government censorship and strengthen free speech on the Internet. While we have already reported the news yesterday the interesting point about it is that the national authorities in the Celestial Empire unsurprisingly showed their commitment to the usual repertoire by again censoring the US leader’s words on their local media. Specialists warn parents of cyberbullying which is a growing problem that can affect as many as half of the US teenagers.
Dan Tarplin, the New York Educational Director of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which fights anti-Semitism and bigotry, stated that cyberbullying was even worse than schoolyard taunts or fights, as anonymity of electronic media could embolden bullies and its pervasiveness enabled a nasty comment, a harsh remark, an unflattering photo or video to be sent to unlimited number of people.
