What is EcuMoney? Who owns EcuMoney? As soon as this indiscernible payment system appeared these questions became very popular on all kinds of Internet forums. Firstly it was very difficult to find any information on Ecu, so the users had to risk their money to try this newbie on a payment processing market. Despite a dull and unattractive design of the site which was probably scaring the users ECUmoney has created a good image and reputation.
