The US Federal Bureau of Investigation is making preparations to launch its own search engine under the information program N-Dex that has been under development since 2008. The FBI says that once this latest round of development is complete, law enforcement agencies will be able to search, link, analyze and share information such as case reports on a national basis to a degree never before possible.

Commissioner of the IRS, the US government agency responsible for tax collection and tax law enforcement, said that the audit of multinational companies by the agency should be conducted jointly with other countries.
