According to the warning provided by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CSEC) an online investment project Genius Funds is not authorized by the local authorities to perform its business activity.

The Commission urges in particular that Genius Investments Ltd behind the online project Genius Funds:

In February a popular online investment company Genius Funds was banned by the British Columbia Securities Commission to trade in any securities in B.C. The executive director of the BCSC issued a temporary order against the company. The order also banned Genius Funds from engaging in any investor relations activities in the province.
