The country attracted our attention today is Croatia, Internet and e-commerce infrastructure of which we are to study. Croatia, that has its capital in Zagreb, is a country located in Central Europe and Southeastern Europe at the crossroads of the Pannonian Plain, the Balkans, and the Adriatic Sea. The country borders Slovenia to the north, Hungary to the northeast, Bosnia and Herzegovina to the southeast, Serbia to the east, and Montenegro to the southeast.

Today we are to ascertain the Internet and e-commerce infrastructure in one of the landlocked countries in Eastern Europe, Moldova, is located between Romania to the west and Ukraine to the north, east and south. The country declared itself an independent state with the same boundaries as the preceding Moldovan SSR in 1991, as part of the devolution of the Soviet Union. Moldova is a current member state of the United Nations, Council of Europe, WTO, OSCE, GUAM, CIS, BSEC and other international organizations.

Romania is a country located in Southeastern and Central Europe, North of the Balkan Peninsula, on the Lower Danube, within and outside the Carpathian arch, bordering on the Black Sea. Having almost all of the Danube Delta located within its territory, Romania shares a border with Hungary and Serbia to the west, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova to the northeast, and Bulgaria to the south. Romania has the 9th largest territory and the 7th largest population, with 21.5 million people, among the EU members. Its capital and largest city Bucharest is the 6th largest city in the EU.

The Eastland country Latvia represents one of the least-populous members of the European Union, with the population that has declined since 1991. Since 1991 Latvia has been a member of the United Nations; since 2004 - of the EU and since 2004 - of the NATO. Following years of economic stagnation in the early 1990s, Latvia posted Europe-leading GDP growth figures during the 1996–2006 period. During the global financial crisis of 2008–2009 Latvia was among the hardest hit of the European Union members and as a result faced a tempestuous change of government.

Estonia is one of the Northern Eastland countries that have recently become an EU member. The country, populated by only slightly over 1.3 people, represents one of the least-populous members of the European Union. The country is bordered by the Gulf of Finland to the north, by Latvia to the south, by the Baltic Sea to the west and by the Russian Federation to the east. By today, Estonia has gained recognition for its economic freedom that along with its adaptation of new technologies made the country to become one of the world's fastest growing economies for several years.

The land of the rising sun, Japan, is one of the most wonderful and amazing countries throughout the world. Japan represents an archipelago comprising of 6,852 islands, with four largest islands Honshū, Hokkaidō, Kyūshū and Shikoku, together accounting for 97% of Japan's land area. Most of the islands are mountainous, many volcanic. Japan has the world's tenth-largest population, with about 128 million people. Japan, being a major economic power, has the world's second-largest economy by nominal GDP and the third largest in purchasing power parity.

 Eifel Tower, Louvre, Elysian Fields, Patricia Kaas, croissants, perfume...too much wonderful things are associated with France in our mind. France claims to be the largest country in the EU by area and the second largest in Europe left behind by Ukraine. France has been a major power for many centuries owing to its strong economic, cultural, military and political influence. Currently, France is a developed country with fifth largest economy by nominal GDP and eighth largest economy by purchasing power parity.

 The United Arab Emirates is considered to be one of the richest countries throughout the world being one of the largest oil exporters that has the world's sixth largest oil reserves. This Muslim country has one of the most developed economies in the Middle East, ranking the thirty-sixth largest by nominal GDP. The UAE consists of seven states, termed emirates, which are Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Quwain, Ras al-Khaimah and Fujairah.
