Federal Reserve launches a database to help consumers choose best credit card

The Federal Reserve has created a searchable database of consumer credit card agreements with over 300 credit card issuers so as to allow users to compare them and find the financial product that best fits their needs. The Fed reports that the database will be updated quarterly.

The listing does not include financial institutions that have less than 10,000 open credit card accounts because the overwhelming majority of credit card accounts are held by issuers that have more than 10,000 open accounts.
