MyECheck signed a contract with ForYourParty.com and BeforeYourParty.com for providing this e-commerce retailer with its electronic check processing services. In that way customers of ForYourParty.com and BeforeYourParty.com can use their checking accounts as an additional form of online payment. Online retailers in their turn will enjoy access to a greater number of customers.

Fiserv, Inc., a provider of information technology services to the financial industry, announced the results of a study conducted by the company to measure the interest among banks and credit unions for mobile deposit capture as well as to learn their views on potential customer acceptance. Approximately 318 customers from 294 banks and credit unions participated in the study. Of these about 90% were experienced executives with titles of vice president or higher.

A provider of online payment processing services ElectraCash, Inc. announced that it introduced a new tool to enable end-users of electronic checks to sign and thus verify their online transactions by means of their standard computer mouse. The tool represents a unique signature "print" called "SignatureSafe" that is claimed to enhance both level securities for the consumer and merchants.

NACHA's Electronic Check Council has held a survey with the participation of industry members. The survey concentrated on issues regarding a proposed amendment to the NACHA Operating Rules that would result in reduced collection costs of dishonored payment transactions and service fees. 

On Tuesday Hypercom Corporation announced that RDM Corporation, a leading developer of specialized software and hardware products for electronic payment processing and Remote Deposit Capture solutions, subscribed for the services of its HBNet subsidiary. Under the terms of the signed agreement HBNet will be providing RDM with high speed transaction transport tools.

A comprehensive suite of electronic check processing services will be provided to the Fortune 500 Real Estate Company under the new agreement signed with MyECheck Inc., an electronic transaction processor and provider of alternative payment solutions. A new customer supplemented the base of MyECheck Inc., a leading electronic transaction processor and provider of alternative payment solutions announced that it has signed the California State Teachers' Retirement Fund (CalSTRS) as a customer to their Check 21 patented software. Being the largest U.S. teachers' retirement fund and the second largest U.S. public pension fund CalSTRS has 795,000 members and assets of $147 billion as of September 30, 2008.
