Dynamic Card Solutions (DCS), a provider of instant issuance and PIN selection solutions for banks, credit unions and retailers that issue magnetic stripe, EMV and contactless cards, has launched its new suite EMV Smart Start™ that is aimed at card issuers who want to issue EMV credit and debit cards.

The company developed EMV Smart Start on the basis of its flagship CardWizard® card issuing software. The suite allows those who are not currently offering EMV cards to easily issue them instantly in branches or centrally in a back-office location.
