Microsoft launches a privileged support service for those who want quick reply

Microsoft unveiled its new Premier Mission Critical package which is specially meant for urgent customers who need very quick response from customer care team. The new service includes a dedicated group of experts ready to help users within 30 minutes.

As part of the service, the dedicated team will do an initial assessment of your system's design in order to become familiar with the configuration and deployment set-up.

You'll also get what Microsoft promises is "prioritized" access to product-support teams.

Sitel, a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that it has signed a deal with a top e-commerce solutions provider to be the company’s exclusivecustomer care partner. Approximately 160 associates from one of Sitel’s Philippines contact centers will take in-bound calls and emails from customers who are using the client’s multi-channel, e-commerce solutions.
