Cuba introduces its own Wikipedia to share communist view of the history

Cuba has launched its own online encyclopedia similar to Wikipedia to present the world and the history from its own point of view so that people across the globe could know not only the truth shown by developed “capitalist” countries but also the truth of underdeveloped happy communist nations.

It describes its longtime ideological enemy, the United States, as "the empire of our time" and "the most powerful nation of all time."

The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU), a leader in the money transfer segment of global payments, announced today it is ready to implement the new rules issued by The U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on sending money to Cuba.

Western Union supports Italian victims and enables transfers to Cuba

Western Union today announced a range of initiatives in support of the disaster relief and reconstruction effort, aimed at helping the victims of the earthquake in Italy's Abruzzo region.

Two of Western Union's leading Agent partners operating in Italy, Finint and Angelo Costa, declared they would be donating EUR 60,000 (approximately US$80,000) each in support of disaster relief and the reconstruction effort.
