NetWorks partners with Acculynk for payment processing

A non-profit processing entity NetWorks which caters for a ten-state Midwest area, announced an agreement with Acculynk to provide the company’s Internet PIN debit solution, PaySecure®, to their 300 member banks and credit unions.

NetWorks processes over 13 million transactions monthly from locations worldwide, and drives, supports and monitors over 1,500 ATMs.

Via PaySecure system consumers just enter their PIN on Acculynk’s patented, graphical PIN-pad at the merchant checkout and they only their existing debit card and PIN to complete the transaction.

MasterCard debit card issuers will be using Acculynk PIN debit solution

Acculynk has entered into a partnership with MasterCard Worldwide to provide PaySecure®, Acculynk’s Internet PIN debit solution, to U.S. financial institutions that issue Debit MasterCard cards.

PaySecure is used an optional verification tool for PIN-based e-commerce transactions. Under the agreement the participating institutions will be given an opportunity to expand and enhance their e-commerce authentication methods with PaySecure via the MasterCard Worldwide Network.

Acculynk has signed an agreement with Fifth Third Processing Solutions’ Jeanie Network to offer Acculynk's Internet PIN debit solution, PaySecure, to Jeanie participants this year.

Using Acculynk's PaySecure customers shopping online just need to enter their existing Jeanie debit card and a PIN on a graphical PIN-pad at the merchant checkout to complete the transaction.

Acculynk has made a formal announcement that it established the Internet PIN Debit Advisory Council with partner EFT networks. It is the first company to introduce a software-only service for PIN debit payments on the Internet, PaySecure.

Under the aegis of the Advisory Council the company consolidates leaders from partner EFT networks, including ACCEL/Exchange, Alaska Option, Credit Union 24, PULSE and SHAZAM. The main focus of the Council is establishing the processes, procedures, rules and best practices around PaySecure for Internet PIN debit.

Jason Marrone, Jelly Belly’s e-commerce manager, says the PaySecure debit card payment method from Acculynk offers the retailer a lower payment transaction fee than for credit card processing, and a high level of transaction security for its customers.
