Twitter popularity declines, growth slows down

According to the latest report by HubSpot the ever popular microblogging website Twitter while still continues its growth has slowed down it its growth pace. The report reveals that the social networking service achieved 13.0% growth rate in March last year while the growth sharply declined by October when the rate was about 3.5%.

Yet, the trend didn’t appear to change to a positive direction instead the growth rate continued to drop in October.

On the other hand, HubSpot reported that the average Twitter user has become more engaged since July, following more people and making more updates. More users have supplied bios, Web addresses, and their physical locations in their Twitter profiles, too.
