CCX Solutions, founded in 2007 by ex-eBay PowerSeller, targets to develop effective solutions for all sizes of companies. The company has publicly announced the launch of SalesMasterPro 1.04 especially designed to comply with the needs of eBay sellers. EBay that is in the center of the bidding war, rivaling with Amazon, Yahoo and Microsoft and whose positions on the stock market dropped on 12% within December, 2007 seems to be on the edge of taking bids for itself.

The new "savior" would provide the eBay users with easy-to-use desktop interface that would allow effectively manage all aspects of the online trade, including the key-points - seamless integration of PayPal payment system and shipping and printing labels via PayPal. Let us remind you that the majority of eBay users faced the numerous problems with PayPal as a major payment option in eBay. First of all, the troubleshooting caused by inability to print out UPS labels using PayPal, widely promoted service within last year. The other concern about PayPal is related to the increased number of phishing attacks making people to disclose their passwords and ID. Users of PayPal are also fear that the funds held on PayPal accounts and invested by eBay subsidiary for extra return may be exposed to downturn in US stock and bonds market.

It's not quiet clear if SalesMaster Pro 1.04 would become an effective tool that would rescue eBay and would let it won the bidding race. But together with introduction of PayPal's secure payment service for mobile internet purchases it might give some extra points to strength the weakened base of online giant.
