Winter-cash was started on March 14th and offers five types of plans which are test plan (103% after 1 hour), 120% - 130% after one day, 145% - 170% after 2 days, 175% - 220% after 3 days, and 400% - 700% after 1 week. Even tough winter-cash started two days, but it already had lots of paid posts on multiple public forums which lead to suspicion.

A few members of winter-cash who have deposited in 1 day plan claimed that their withdrawals are pending even tough on hompage it stated as auto withdrawal. And they also said that they suspect the admin is paying to the monitors and those who have deposited in test plan only.

Since those who made paid posts have post counts of more than 30, it is suspected that they were fake paid posters which been hired by the admin to cheerlead his thread.
