Fronde, Wellington-based software firm claims to develop an effective solution from the Tro-jan.Silentbanker attacked over 400 leading banks worldwide. Until present time there was no effective solution to fight with Tro-jan.Silentbanker able to perform "man-in-the-middle" attacks on customers processing the online banking transactions. It places itself in between user's computer and his bank and diverts the assets to the pointed by hacker account overpassing any authentication systems that generally employ double verifications standards to confirm the accountholder identity.

TwoSecure is the application that can be integrated as well into the mobile devices. It generates a random chosen one- time-per-transaction password, also called "transaction signing" as it contains the details only of a single transaction processed via Internet. However, the experts of Symantec, for example, were not able to evaluate the effectiveness of the new application against Trojan or give any expertise regarding the new product appeared on the market.

Instead of the conclusion we would like to mark that the idea of the randomly generated password can hardly be considered as an innovative idea as the mechanism of tocken key is widely implemented as additional verification method, for example by MoneyBookers, available for only $5.00 with the only difference that instead of a separate device the developpers from Fronde offer it as an integrated application.
