WAUSAU upgrades its solution and certifies new scanners

[img_assist|nid=10951|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=72]WAUSAU Financial Systems (WFS), a leading provider of payment and receivables processing solutions, announced that it certified the newest scanner platform from Panini, the market leader in distributed capture and integrated its WebDDL remote deposit and payment capture solution with Panini's newest software interface, version 3.0.

With the new version any bank using Panini check scanners will be able to take advantage of new advanced features and functionality, such as improved MICR read algorithms and optical assisted MICR reading.

The advantage of WFS' WebDDL solution is that it reduces the cost of deployment and support through a touchless installation model that comes complete with web-based training, installation wizards, a comprehensive scanner deployment and maintenance program and integration to popular accounting software packages.
