The National Business Daily reports that PayPal, eBay's online payment company, created in November, 2007 an e-payment partnership with China International Travel Service (CITS) and is now cooperating with China Travel Service Head Office (CYTS) and China CYTS Tours Holding Company Limited (600138.SH) to make online payment service available to the travel firms' overseas clients.
