Customers using the Bopo Visa prepaid credit cards of the failed company Bill Express are recommended to dispose their balance within the next four weeks.
The newly appointed administration of Bill Express is going to cut the use of ATM and EFTPOS cards. The measure is to be effective by the middle of next month.
David Heine, the general manager of products and operations at Cuscal, the company which issued the card informs that starting August 15 the card will no longer function and thereby the users should better dispose of their balances by then.
"After August 15, our card holders will no longer be able to enjoy the functionality available through both EFTPOS and ATM devices," he said.
"By using their cards over the next four weeks, card holders will be able to utilise convenient methods of accessing their money."
