mgobile bankin A new mobile technology was introduced by USAA, a diversified financial services company, a provider of financial planning, insurance, investments, and banking products to members of the U.S. military and their families. With the new platform customers may self-service their banking, insurance and investment needs via web-enabled phones and PDAs.

USAA mobile users are allowed to view account history, pay bills, transfer funds, view transfer activity, check account balances, request insurance documentation, check stock prices and place trades whenever/wherever they want.

To log on new mobile USAA members need visit mobile.usaa.com via their mobile or computer browser. In order to provide customers with immediate access to USAA accounts USAA offers the option of downloading a “smart tool” designed under the cooperation with Firethorn.

In view of the fact that there are members that often use computers with low-speed Internet connections the company provides the option of loading mobile.usaa.com, which is lighter on content and faster.
