Surcharge-free ATMs for credit unions

[img_assist|nid=8589|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=89] In the USA Credit Union 24 goes on cooperating with the Allpoint surcharge-free ATM network and offering the CU HERE Premium network and nearly 50,000 surcharge-free ATMs.

Participating credit unions have been offered CU HERE by Credit Union 24 since December 2007. Credit Union 24 and Allpoint signed a multiyear agreement to allow Credit Union 24 to get member access to surcharge-free on- and off-premises ATMs countrywide.

"We're happy to be able to ensure that Credit Union 24's CU HERE family of surcharge-free ATM programs will continue to be a powerful, long-term opportunity to position credit unions and Credit Union 24 as the undisputed leader in surcharge-free ATM access," said Jim Park, president and chief executive of Credit Union 24. "These programs help tilt the playing field for credit unions by allowing them to offer nearly three times the surcharge-free coverage as the largest bank."

About half a million access points nationwide are available to credit union members with the combination of the CU HERE Premium network and the Credit Union 24 point-of-sale network.
