St. Charles County offices of MasterCard to occupy more room

Winghaven Office constructed in 1999 in the St. Charles County submarket will be fully occupied by the credit card giant MasterCard.

The company is planning to expand its offices by 50,000 square feet at 5555 Winghaven Blvd. in O'Fallon, MO.

First, in September MasterCard will seize the room with an area of 25,000 square feet on the entire third floor. Later in February it will occupy the entire first floor which is also 25,000 square feet.

Thus at the beginning of the following year MasterCard will occupy the entire 75,000-square-foot office building. At present the offices of MasterCard are located on the second floor occupying 25,000 square feet.
