A banking group FNB has announced the launch of a new online software solution, which was developed in collaboration with a group of South African businessmen aimed at small and medium-sized customers.
A new solution is considered to eliminate the bottlenecks both administrative and financial which are very common in small and medium sized businesses. These problems usually cause the delay in preparation of reports and they, in their turn, hamper the accurate decision-making and result in some mistakes which could be avoided.
The uniqueness of a new software of FNB Qwill Instant Accounting is concluded in its feature to tap into the bank's infrastructure, and at the same time bank statements can be submitted into system daily and auto-processed to the customer's own general ledger categories.
Pilot studies have proved the uniqueness and favorable influence of Qwill on business. The survey has shown that the business of the companies using new software has improved significantly and became more efficient.
"This means that, as transactions flow through the business' bank account, they are updated on the accounting records of the business. By way of example - when an online payment is processed by the bank and debited to the business' bank account, the payment will automatically reflect in the cash book and ledger of the business," commented Warren Bond, CEO of Qwill.
