[img_assist|nid=8534|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=100] Training and technical assistance is to be provided to the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) by the Cyber Crime Project. With Cyber Crime training prosecutors of NAAG will be able to successfully investigate and prosecute computer-based crimes.

The project is funded under the cooperation of NAAG, the National Center for Justice and the Rule of Law at the University of Mississippi. Training seminars are being developed and held during the year at the University. Responsibility for the project was entrusted to Hedda Litwin, NAAG’s Cyber Crime and Violence Against Women Counsel.

By the end of 2005 more than 415 prosecutors of NAAG attended the trainings. A basic "nuts and bolts" course was held on February 3-5 and on May 6-8, 2003. Then a number of dedicated seminars followed. Among them these may be named: a Digital Evidence for Prosecutors training, an Advanced Training on Internet Auction Fraud, an Advanced Training on Search and Seizure of Computers and Obtaining of Electronic Evidence.
