Prepaid Axcess Card available for thousands of Americans

NetSpend signed a collaborative agreement with Axcess Financial alliance to create the NetSpend Axcess Prepaid MasterCard (the Axcess Card), a general purpose reloadable prepaid debit card. The deal will make the Axcess Card and the NetSpend National Savings Program available to thousands of customers across the US through Axcess Financial's distribution channels.

Axcess Financial use multiple channels to distribute its services, online, internationally and more than 1,300 Check 'n Go retail locations in 30 states are among these.

August 25, 2008 was the starting point of the pilot program to allow customers at more than 200 Check 'n Go locations in Ohio, Tennessee, Michigan and Kentucky to access the Axcess Card and the NetSpend National Savings Program. With the project customers having a minimum load amount will receive their Axcess Card at no additional cost.
