One of the leaders of online economy PayPal payment system today has announced the launch of a pre-pay debit card. This event became possible owing to the collaboration of PayPal with Visa and the Royal Bank of Scotland. According to the authorities a new card called the PayPal Top-Up Card can be used both online and offline.

The new card is a reloadable Visa card which can be used in all the places accepting Visa cards. PayPal says the cardholders can load the card from their account in PayPal and use it offline that is very convenient for those who run the business on the Internet. For that purpose the cardholders need just click 3 times and load the account through the PayPal online payment system, otherwise the users can top up the card at Post Offices and PayPal retail outlets.

The card costs £4.95.
