PayforIT to pay not only for IT

A single click payments service was introduced by Mobile services provider Dialogue Communications for the UK mobile payment initiative PayforIT. Within PayforIT framework customers are able to pay for content, goods or services using their mobile phones. The maximum transaction amount for now is £10.

Customers using the service can buy from a web page with one click, without having to click-through the standard PayforIT pages every time they make a purchase. After having chosen the item to be purchased a customer can avail of PayforIT feature immediately.

Initially users have to go through the normal payment flow for their first purchase. After they can access the single click version of PayforIT.

First merchants to adopt the service will be mobile content providers which will deploy PayforIT for sales on their online sites. However, with PayforIT customers may also make payments for purchasing such items as CDs, DVDs, flowers and books, as well as cinema tickets or subscriptions.
