E-payment order, Czech Republic In the Czech Republic the first phase of the E-payment order system started operating. According to Justice Minister Jiri Pospisil in the future the system will enable to file collective actions and also to repay debts.

By next spring the system is expected to be fully implemented.

"At the moment we've launched the first phase, which is advantageous for citizens," he stated. By the moment 11 e-orders were already filed to the courts since the start-up of the project on July 1.

With the e-payment orders system the handling of unquestionable claims such as subscription fees, bills for gas and electricity supplies, rents and fines will be facilitated.

Yearly the system is planned to process nearly 250,000 cases.
