online order The service provided by the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs' Business Registration Division that allows buying filed documents online was extended to be more convenient and flexible.

First time the service was introduced as a pilot program in February and was acknowledged as a technological innovation by the International Association of Commercial Administrators in May.

With the program customers may purchase filed documents such as those for trade names, trademarks or service marks via the Internet.

Orders may be placed at any time of the day as stated by DCCA. The number of documents available for download amounts more than 100,000. The files unavailable at that moment can be e-mailed within 3 days.

A fee charged for regular documents makes up $3.
