Online billing for Vodafone consumers

Customers of Vodafone are now able to receive their bill by e-mail every month instead of receiving a paper bill. Vodafone Malta is to offer a new free secure e-billing service.

Customers will receive an e-mail containing a secure link directing them to their bill in PDF format.
A consumer who wants to get an individual account for the service may visit Vodafone's website and fill in the necessary details or call 24/7 a Vodafone customer service where a representative will subscribe a customer to the "Secure E-billing" service upon passport validation.

In such cases when a customer receives a common bill for all Vodafone lines and services on the same account, the application form from the company’s webpage should be downloaded and filled out.
The electronic bill is to be treated as a valid financial document.
