Nextgensurf Nextgensurf was first started in September 2006 and had turned to scam after a few weeks. That time nextgensurf had offered a low ROI plan which was a 2% daily for 100 days. Then, the same hyip had come back in February 2007 with a different plan which was a 2.5% daily for 70 days. And again this hyip had turned to scam after a few weeks.

And now, in 2008, for the third time, the same hyip and runs by the same admin appears again with a new plan which is 8% daily for 18 days. The admin said that the program had closed two times before this due to a number of reasons which were e-gold blocking account, locked and loss funds in CEPTrust, issues with returns on investments, a bad partnership breakup, and a couple other minor things.

The admin also tried to defend himself by saying that if he wanted to scam, he would not have came back with the same site. It would have been all too easy to have a new site with a higher ROI and a different identity. Well, we suggest you do not trust him and his program. He had scammed twice and there is no doubt he will do the same thing again regardless by using the same old hyip or creating a new hyip.
