New ways to top up WebMoney accounts

WebMoney system has announced a new way to load the account with WMR. Now every user can fund his or her account by sending a paid sms to the short number from the official website of WMbySMS service. Commissions and currency amount vary depending on the mobile operator. 

Another ways to top-up WM wallets that appeared not so long ago are: paysafecard, cashU and Ucash cards and vouchers. However this procedure is available not for everybody as to conduct it one should have at least a formal passport, otherwise he or she should use other ways to top-up their accounts.
