New program by VeriFone launched in Latin America region

[img_assist|nid=7423|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=100] VeriFone Holdings, Inc. opened an Integrated Systems Group for Latin America to deliver integrated payment solutions and services while using new market segments and opportunities throughout the region.

Gustavo Jimenez has been appointed vice president and general manager of the new group, reporting to Fernando Lopez, vice-president and general manager of VeriFone Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Previously Jimenez held a position of VeriFone vice president of business development for the region.

Within the frames of the LAC Integrated Systems the company is planning to deliver PAYware payment processing software solutions, as well as a variety of solutions for specific market segments including petroleum, unattended, multilane retail, transportation, government and healthcare.
