The world giant has acknowledged Estonia and some other Eastern-European countries and already in September has enabled the residents of those countries to conduct various transactions. 

Using Neteller the Estonians will be able to bank transfers without any intermediate services that allows to avoid fraud and ID theft risk. Today the processor is supported by more than 3500 service providers in 160 countries including such countries as Haiti, Angola, Ruanda, Sudan, Antarctic, Columbia, and the company continues growing.
