Money collection facilitated with EPP’s solution

Columbia Ultimate is to deliver a secure real-time electronic payment interface through its collection software providing clients with a simplified and accelerated method for receiving electronic payments. Collectors can enter debtor’s bank account or credit card account information and receive immediate approval and decline responses from their workstation while their debtor is on the phone.

With the help of EPP’s check conversion technology Columbia Ultimate will be able to convert paper checks to electronic format for posting on The Collector System. EPP’s ACH and Credit Card processing capabilities will enable Columbia Ultimate clients to further automate collections strategy, increase the percentage of agent-less payments received, and eliminate manual payment postings. The ability to accept credit card and ACH transactions can expedite the availability of funds and reduce the number of NSF transactions.
