iPhone, iPod, eWallet Users of iPhone and iPod touch devices are now able to avail of an eWallet feature developed by Ilium Software. eWallet represents an award-winning secure information and password manager application intended to store important personal information like credit card numbers, passwords, PINs and much more. Earlier the company introduced eWallet 6.1 destined for Windows Mobile and Palm OS devices.

The adaptation of eWallet application for the iPhone platform is the result of more than eleven years of experience developing mobile device software. The sensitive information is secured due to the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) deployed by eWallet.

A user can view the information in the easily recognizable card format or in a grid view. At the expense of the iPhone’s built-in graphics engine the cards are rendered with crystal clarity and can be arranged to look the way users want them to.

Later the company is set to introduce eWallets compatible with BlackBerry devices. The application is expected to be available within the next two months.
