[img_assist|nid=8456|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=26] A multi-year agreement was signed by Community Bank & Credit Union Services unit of Online Resources, a provider of web-based financial services, and KleinBank. Now KleinBank, which already had bill pay relationship with Online Resources, is going to include both retail and business account presentation, and a host of other services that provide a single, integrated web channel solution.
A dedicated software version of Online Resources' internet banking will be provided to KleinBank which chose this service on account of its high adaptability and quick integration with other advanced online financial service features, including online account opening, mobile banking, consumer marketing and integrated call center services. In addition the bank will be provided such services as hierarchical access entitlements, security workflow procedures, transaction limits, ACH processing, check imaging and e-statements.

By leveraging on Online Resources operating scale and infrastructure, we achieve attractive economies and a high quality of service.
