PaySimple An online customer training and support program was initiated by PaySimple, the leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses. The project is intended to help both new and existing customers maximize their investment in PaySimple 2.0 through providing detailed training on the product's features and functionality. The informational session is free of charge and access is unlimited.

In the absence of sufficient time at the disposal of small-business owners for ramping up and training on new systems PaySimple launched the program that helps customers get support and education quickly and effortlessly.

There is a number of convenient features facilitating the training process like a “Top Questions” section, self-service applications, the ability to open a customer support case online, and downloadable “Quick Guides” for those who need just a short tutorial on a feature. Besides, the number of training classes was also increased three times.
