32432Breaking news came from the hero of the last day - eBay. Yesterday, on Tuesday world auction #1 had announced the lowering of fees from 25% to 50%. Now eBay will charge sellers more than an item is sold. This step was taken to reimburse its revenue decrease. The sellers do not object this innovation as it lowers the cost when the goods are a slow-moving article. The company is sure that this will raise standards of buyers' protection.

Another novelty is that beginning from now eBay will no longer charge the sellers for posting of goods advertising posters in auction gallery that will surely result in increase of posts' number which in its turn will benefit buyers. Also, eBay will offer its best sellers PowerSellers, a new fee discount.

Another action aimed in increase of buyers' protection is lessening of exposure for listings of sellers which have the highest rates of customer dissatisfaction. More over, now these sellers will be obliged to offer the clients safe payment options such as credit card and eBay's payment system PayPal.

The administration of eBay believes that these steps will improve the service of sellers and increase a number of customers.
