Online auctioneer eBay decided to cut out its management again. The matter concerns the products of eBay Shopping.com and Skype. So, the current head of Shopping.com Josh Silverman was appointed as Skype CEO instead of Michael van Swaaij.  We‘ll remind Michael van Swaaij was holding a post of Skype SEO after Niklas Zennstrom, head and cofounder of Skype had left in October. Despite this disposition Michael van Swaaij will remain fully involved into Skype's activity. Silverman will take up his duties on March 24.

The post of Shopping.com CEO from Silverman will transfer to Andre Haddad who previously was working as senior vice president of products for eBay.

?ut here the news about change in management do not finish. A real bomb was that Meg Whitman who was occupying the post of company's chief executive for a longtime is leaving her post to John Donahoe, acting currently as head of the company's core auction and e-commerce business.
