Financial-network-investment and Monitors Alliance

While all the members of a hyip which called financial-network-investment are still waiting for long pending withdrawals, one of the monitors has been kept on posting on public forums that he has been paid many times. Financial-network-investment was started in September last year and offers low return on investment plans which are 1% - 3% daily. This hyip has stopped paying since last year to all members. However, amazingly it has resumed paying to one of the monitors (which I think there is no need for me to tell which one) started from beginning of January this year. This monitor has been kept on posting on public forums about the payment that he has had received with a copy of screenshots. And It’s became more weird because that time the website was still offline. According to members, the admin had given excuses that they were having DDoS and hacking problems. They wanted to resolve those problems first before got back online. The admin also has promised to process the pending withdrawals manually. However, until now none of the pending withdrawals ever been processed and none of members who ever claimed he got paid. The admin also remains silent up to now and didn’t reply to emails. The phone number which used to be displayed on the website was also doesn't work.
