E-bullion, James and Pamela FayedsThe recent news about the murder of Pamela Fayed has shocked everyone. Immediately after it has been revealed some people started telling each other their own versions and hypotheses on this in whisper. The most part was sure that it was not the ordinary murder but the order of a husband who didn’t want to share the property.

Today, according to Los Angeles Times this idea has found its ground. As the source reports federal prosecutors charged James Fayed with the murder of his wife claiming that the credit card seized from the wallet of the accused was the very one used to rent the SUV of the killer. According to Mark Aveis, Assistant U.S. Attorney, the license plate of the vehicle was caught on security surveillance cameras and traced to an Avis rental car agency near Fayed's Camarillo business.

On yesterday’s hearing Mark Aveis told U.S. Magistrate Judge Ralph Zarefsky that Fayed presented a danger to the community, was a flight risk and should not be allowed to post bail, however the judge figured it groundless and ordered the defendant released on $500,000 bond. Even the allegation of Avais that Fayed told his wife: "I could have you killed and my hands would be clean" as she could testify against him couldn’t make Ralph Zarefsky change his mind.

The attorney of Fayed, Mark Werksman, said that all the claims mentioned above were based on third-hand information from a rookie FBI agent who had only recently been briefed on the case. "The government has rushed in here with uncorroborated, unsubstantiated allegations of a murder," added the lawyer.
